Livraison Lefort processes personal data for one reason: delivering a parcel from one person to another, safely. This page says which data, why, for how long, and who else sees it. Data controller: L21STUDIOS SARL, Michaus Hôtel, Ngousso, Yaoundé, Cameroon.
If you are a customer (you send a parcel)

If you are a recipient
The customer sending you a parcel gives us your first name, last name and phone number. We use them to send you your delivery code and the tracking link, and so the courier can reach you on arrival. They are kept with the order. You can ask for their deletion at contact@l21studios.com.
If you are a courier

If you represent a partner
We keep the representative's identity, the organisation's documents (register, NIU, representative's ID) and the team's statistics, for the duration of the partnership then 10 years for the accounting part.

No data is sold or passed on for advertising. No third-party audience measurement tool is installed.
Your rights
You can access, correct or have your data deleted, and withdraw consent to non-essential messages, by writing to contact@l21studios.com or on WhatsApp at +237 697 28 48 49. We reply within 30 days. Data needed for an ongoing order or an accounting obligation is kept as long as required. In Cameroon, the competent authority for data and cybersecurity is ANTIC.
Security
Sign-in by one-time code, no password stored. Phone number or email changed only after confirmation by a code. ID documents served only to authorised people. Daily backup. Deletions in our tools are restorable trash, never immediate permanent erasure.
