You order and pay
Addresses by neighbourhood and landmark, price shown, Mobile Money payment. You receive your pickup code.

A courier accepts
A verified courier in your city takes the ride and comes for the parcel. He only leaves with your code.

Courier position on the map, ride steps, a tracking link to share with the recipient.

The recipient receives
They give their own delivery code to the courier. Without it, the parcel is not handed over.
Three ways to deliver
Depending on the parcel, the recipient and your schedule.
Door to door
The courier hands the parcel to the recipient in person, at the given address, against their code.
At a pickup point
The parcel is dropped at a partner neighbourhood shop. The recipient collects it whenever they like (100 F storage).
Several recipients
Several parcels, several addresses, one order: we sequence the round and each leg is charged by its distance.
Built for Cameroon
Local realities, taken into account from day one.
Landmark addresses
City, neighbourhood, known place ("opposite the pharmacy"). No postal address needed.
Mobile Money payment
MTN MoMo or Orange Money, before the ride. Full refund on cancellation as long as no courier has accepted.
Two six-digit codes
One code at pickup, one at handover. The courier can neither take nor hand over a parcel without them.
Codes sent by message
As soon as payment is confirmed, you and your recipients receive your codes by WhatsApp or email.
Optional parcel cover
Declare the value of an important shipment: 500 F or 2% of the value. The conditions are in our terms of use.
Live tracking
The courier position updates during the ride, for you and for the recipient through the tracking link.
Pricing
The exact price is shown before you confirm. Nothing is added afterwards.
